| Way Atmadja, PE The principal in-charge, who founded the firm in 1987, brings over 28 years of design experience and construction knowledge in the field of Structural and Civil engineering. Way received his Master of Science in Architectural Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1980. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1978. As the principal and owner of this firm, Way also received his MBA degree from the Option II Executive program at the University of Texas at Austin in 1993. Before founding Way Consulting Engineers, Inc. in 1987, Way joined a multi-disciplinary firm Bovay Engineers from 1980-1981, and then another multi-disciplinary Architectural Engineering firm Penrose & Associates from 1981-1987. In addition to his Architectural Engineering and Civil Engineering background, Way has always shown a keen appreciation of architectural expressions. This, coupled with his analytical and conscientious nature, allows Way to provide creative engineering solutions that are practical, economical, and visually pleasing. |
